Eigentlich gut und normalerweise würde ich wiederkommen, aber das Verhalten im Nachgang ist nicht so
8.0Grundsätzlich ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen Es liegt gut und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln perfekt zu erreichen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist für mich etwas unübersichtlich und schwierig. Ich würde ein parken im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus der Spandau Arcaden empfehlen. Von dort aus erreicht man das Hotel entweder per S-Bahn oder auch mit einem schönen Spaziergang. Wer per S-Bahn fährt, hat eine Haltestelle. Die Sauberkeit war völlig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber einen Preis von ich glaube 17 € nicht wert.
− Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel ist sehr schwierig. Beim Checkin hatte ich nach meiner Rechnung gefragt. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass ich diese beim Checkout erhalte.. Beim Checkout wurde mir auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass die Rechnung per E-Mail zugesendet wird. Dies geschah leider nicht. Diverse Nachfragen blieben zuerst unbeantwortet. Ich übernachte regelmäßig berufsbedingt in Hotels, und die Rechnungen werden zu 99,9 % beim Verlassen des Hotels per E-Mail unverzüglich zugesendet. In der Regel habe ich dieses bereits im Postfach, bevor ich überhaupt den Hotel Parkplatz verlassen kann. Hier warte ich nun bereits seit zwei Tagen. So kann ich meinen Kunden leider die Übernachtungskosten nicht in Rechnung stellen und er leidet dadurch an den wirtschaftlichen Schaden. Dies hatte ich dem Hotel entsprechend mitgeteilt. Es erfolgte keine Reaktion. Entsprechend kann ich hier nur null Punkte vergebens da dies nicht möglich ist, muss ich mit der geringsten Punktzahl arbeiten.

− Ich war schon einige Male dort. Bisher war alles gut, aber dieses Mal hat es an der Sauberkeit gemangelt.Die Matratze war von solch schlechter Qualität, dass Schlaf ein Wunschgedanke war.
