Very nice traditional/modern hotel in the heart of Asakusa, steps from Sensoji Temple.
7.0The room itself is both traditional and modern, and spacious for Tokyo accommodation standards. You can actually open your luggage in the room. The floor mattresses were comfy, though short (I'm 6'4/193cm), but I have come to expect that.
− There was construction going on outside the hotel, which is why I presume the rooms were cheaper than expected. One thing I *really* didn't like, is that we had a redeye flight the night we checked out, and the hotel called us to get our bags at 7pm while we were at dinner to come pick up our bags, despite staff being at the hotel until 11 pm. I don't understand why he made such a big deal about it. This was incredibly inflexible and made things very inconvenient for us, as I had to leave dinner midway, grab a taxi, pick up our bags and put our bags in a tiny restaurant.

10.0Je vous conseille vivement ce Ryokan pour vivre une expérience à la japonaise. Tout était parfait, l’emplacement dans un super quartier très animé de jour mais calme en soirée. Personnel très serviable. Nous conseillons le Fluken pour le petit déjeuner à 5 min de marche. Le onsen avec vue sur skytree est très agréable.
− Le salon avec boissons gratuites est très appréciable. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas ouvert toute la journée.
