1.0− Very disappointing stay. The bathroom had a constant sewage smell throughout our stay, as if there was a serious problem with the drainage system. The odor was so strong that using the bathroom was unpleasant. The air conditioning stopped working on our second night. We reported it immediately, but despite staying another four nights, nothing was done to repair it and offer fan that make noise. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially during the night. Housekeeping was also poor. On our first day, there wasn't even any hand soap in the bathroom. I had to walk to the reception, which is located in a different building, just to get soap. Basic amenities should be available when guests check in. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or guest service. The lack of response to the air conditioning problem and the poor attention to guest comfort made our stay very frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again.
