8, Tutto molto bello peccato per il freddo in camera
8.0La pulizia, la dimensione e lo stile della camera. La posizione strepitosa ed eccezionale, il silenzio nonostante in una delle vie più animate di Roma. Da tornarci sicuramente anzi tra tutte quelle dove sono stata è tra le migliori in assoluto, ma in una stagione dove non è necessario il riscaldamento.
− La camera era fredda, ho chiesto più volte alla ragazza della reception se il clima fosse funzionante perché non proveniva nessun rumore e il telecomando non era comprensibile e nonostante mi fosse stato assicurato che funzionava la camera è rimasta molto fredda per tutto il tempo del soggiorno.

8.0Location is fantastic! seconds from the Spanish steps and so many great places to eat. We booked 2 rooms and were given 2 apartment rooms so not quite hotel vibes but the rooms were sufficient for our stay. The lady on reception, Parisa was lovely. We had a nightmare with our flight but she was so accommodating and helped us as much as she could. I asked a lot of questions prior to our stay and she was always available to answer questions. Thank you so much :)
− In the centre of Rome, the buildings are very old so there will always be issues with smells and rain lol We visited in the winter and there was a lot of water leakage downstairs while trying to get into the lift because of the rain and there was a lot of mould in 1 of our rooms. There was also a very strong smell of mould in the lift which may bother some people. Again this is no fault of the staff, it is just because of the buildings (which are beautiful) The shower cubical was also very small which could also be difficult for some as it was for 1 of my friends.
