8.0It was wonderful having access to the sister hotel to enjoy the pool, gym and breakfast as well as lovely courtyard space. Staff, notably Fatemah at Reception, Nazil, at breakfast and our cleaner, Tita were excellent. The room was lovely, but sachets were not replaced and greater attention would have been appreciated there. There was only one drawer above the fridge and my husband did not unpack as no space for clothes. The hotel is brilliantly placed to see the major sights. Thank you for a super stay . We would recommend the Sura Design Hotel.

8.0The hotel was lovely and in a really good area to access tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room was large and clean. Sraff celebrated our anniversary by giving us some treats in the room which was very kind. The breakfast was basic but nice. We enjoyed our stay here and would retun back to this hotel if we were in istanbul again.
