10.0Once we figured out how to use the entry system (if the instructions on the video aren’t working for you, try turning the other way instead) we very much enjoyed our stay. They responded quickly to my issue getting the tv working.

8.0Excellent location and walkable to a lot of attractions and dining options. We had a 2 bedroom suite and one of the bedrooms didn't have good blinds so the morning light was a bit bothersome. The oven wasn't working so they sent someone to fix it. After it couldn't be fixed they brought us a microwave oven instead. Appliances were a bit old but the staff was very friendly and attentive.

8.0Situation idéale, à quelques mètres du quartier gothique (et donc par extension proche des remblais, de la place de Catalogne et de Gràcia), du parc de la Ciutadella et permettant de se rendre à pieds à la plage. Appartement confortable et spacieux pour 3. Seul petit bémol, c’est l’insonorisation. Si vous avez des voisins un minimum bruillant (qui font les cent pas ou parlent un peu plus fort que la moyenne), vous les entendrez. Pour le reste, la Clim fonctionne très bien, la salle de bain est assez grande et la cuisine très bien équipée.
