− It's need decorating and furniture in room was ripped on chairs and headboard was dirty all room had marks on. Walls and carpet same in bathroom paint work was bad

9.0Szuperkényelmes, óriási matracok. Kedves, segítőkész munkatársak. Ajánlom a pubot is, kiváló angol pezsgő és jó konyha! A terasz a Kew Green szélén kihagyhatatlan.
− A szoba megérett egy kis frissítésre: festés, fürdőszoba karbantartás, szőnyeg csere.

10.0Our second stay & didn’t disappoint Very friendly staff gorgeous room perfect location overlooking Kew Green we stayed 2 nights on B&B package so ate at hotel one night -food very good as was breakfast. Can highly recommend.
