All the staff at Hyatt House, Stratford were brilliant. We stayed here as hotel is close to ABBA arena. Concierge - very warm welcome, always smiling and went over and above arranging a taxi for us. Outstanding service! Reception - again very warm welcome, always smiling and he made 1 of our rooms available 3hrs before check-in time. We felt he wanted to be as helpful as possible. Outstanding service! Waiting Staff - All were polite, courteous and very helpful. Rooms - very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Breakfast - Outstanding, never seen so much choice. All in all the Hyatt House at Stratford is 1 of best hotels we have stayed in. We could not fault anything. We will be sharing our experience and highly recommending Hyatt House, and we will back again. Please thank all your staff for a very memorable time. From Joyce and Gwendolyn (the 2 Scottish women)

Amazing hotel with amazing teams, always taking good care of guests' requests in a swift manner. Very convenience location, with the whole shopping mall underneath; the kitchenette is great, with everything you need; Spotless clean room (Hyatt standard) and amazing breakfast! (Not having thousands choices but all with quality). Big thank you to Monica from Guest Relations team, she is very helpful, and tried her best to exceed my expectation for my anniversary stay, truly amazing and a great asset for the hotel. Already planning my next visit !

Great Hotel, Friendly and helpful staff, great location for ABBA Voyage and London

Great location for restaurants and shopping. Also very convenient for transport with DLR into London central just a few minutes away. If planning to go to ABBA Voyage, then this is a good hotel. The rooms were a good size, clean, tidy with a fresh feel. Really quiet and housekeeping visited everyday. We included breakfast with our stay which was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again if I was visiting this area of London again.

Great location at the mall with kitchen and free laundry.

Amazing location right at the mall. Very comfortable and super clean with a kitchen and free laundry. There is a train station at the mall as well as bus options. Staff were amazing, particularly the concierge staff at the entrance (Ibrahim, Antonio, Aaron, Joshua, Naleef ) who were always ready with a smile and quick to provide assistance. Hyatt House and Hyatt Regency are both in the same building and both are great. If you need a kitchen, Hyatt house is the way to go. Rooms were exceptionally clean and Staff very helpful. Thank you Chaye @reception for all your help with my extended stay. There’s also a free laundry room. For extended stays, I get the one bedroom unit with a kitchen. There are 2 grocery stores in the mall right outside the hotel and a large variety of restaurants and shops steps from the door. I usually stay here when visiting London. It’s been a great stay each time. Looking forward to returning.

Stayed here for work for 2 nights - loved it. Location right in Westfield with restaurants and shops aplenty. Rooms comfortable, felt safe and breakfast delicious. Going to be my number one choice for accommodation from now on!!!

Do better Hyatt. Overcharged me a lot

Like the hotel for its location and facilities but they totally put me off when they charged my credit card almost $2000.00 on checkout for a room that was prepaid in full weeks prior. Not a good experience. Getting the money back was not easy and took several frustrating overseas phone calls and a lot of my time.
