6.0When we arrived at 4pm the room was still not ready for another hour and a half. The room once given were not on the same floor as requested either. We were then told they will try again the next day. The room I was in had a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and when we complained they said it was not a serious enough issue to change rooms. After being mg adamant they gave us 2 rooms on the same floor but the light switches didn’t work well and the room could have been cleaner. Overall the pool was great and the view was amazing. I guess you get what you paid for. The tall man at the reception was accommodating. Thank you

6.0Tout juste convenable. Je vous conseille de ne pas réserver la chambre 507 ( fenêtre condamné, chambre catastrophique ). La réceptionniste qui manque de professionnalisme . A part ça, tout etait correcte.
