10.0I gad an amazing stay at the hotel, the most important thing is their staff. Each and everyone i had an interaction with remained so much helpful specially Onur,sarkan,wassila,Tolga. They all have treated me like their family member by helping me in their professional and personal capacities out of the way. I can’t thank them enough for making this trip wonderful for me.
− I would like to mention about The spa experience . The first experience was really nice. The second time the services i got from the spa team was not value for money. I just felt like i was rushed through the whole process.

10.0كانت إقامتي في الفندق أكثر من رائعة. يتميز بموقع ممتاز قريب من جميع الخدمات والأماكن المهمة، والغرف نظيفة، واسعة، ومريحة، مع اهتمام واضح بأدق التفاصيل. كما أتقدم بجزيل الشكر للأخ SERKAN على حسن استقباله واحترافيته العالية وتعاونه الدائم وحرصه على راحة النزلاء، فقد كان مثالًا للأخلاق الرفيعة والخدمة المميزة. تجربة تستحق التقدير، وبكل تأكيد سأكرر الزيارة وأوصي بهذا الفندق

10.0الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء المسجد و محطة الترام والتكاسي والمطاعم والمحلات التجاريه والصرافيين . معاملة موظفي الفندق ممتازة وخصوصا السيدة وسيلة . الفندق نظيف ومريح ومداخله مريحه جدا واضاءه ومصاعد ممتازة . وفطور جميل ولذيذ .وموقعه جميل في الدور السادس
