10.0L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata sia in soggiorno, che in camera da letto. Inoltre, si trova molto vicino sia alla fermata metro TRIBUNAL, sia alla fermata metro BILBAO. I gestori della struttura rispondono molto velocemente a qualsiasi esigenza tramite whatsapp.

1.0Nada . Un verdadero engaño .La terraza llena de excrementos, las sillas rotas y un parasol inservible arrumado sobre una mesa. El techo tan bajito que debíamos caminar agachados . El encargado un verdadero bribón que actuaba de mala fe . Le solicitamos la hoja de reclamaciones y cínicamente nos dijo que abandonáramos el apartamento y canceláramos la reserva , cuando el dinero no era reembolsable
− Nada me gusto . Todo fue un engaño . El Precio no corresponde con lo que ofrece.

− El mantenimiento de la entrada del edificio bastante deplorable. Muy sucio , sin pintar, mal mantenido. El interior del departamento tiene las paredes y puertas descascaradas , paredes sucias. Falta mantenimiento.

9.0Muy buena ubicación: cerca de estaciones de Metro, la calle Fuencaral, tiendas y supermercados. El departamento era espacioso, cómodo, con aire acondicionado, estaba bien equipado.
