− It’s not clean enough, bathroom is mouldy and there is dust everywhere in the room.

7.0Our stay was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic—within walking distance to everything, with easy access to public transit. I also want to highlight Vanessa, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive; she even went out of her way to get us into a room early, which we really appreciated.
− We were disappointed with the room itself. The layout is quite inconvenient, with the shower positioned outside the bathroom and facing the bed. The toilet design was also uncomfortable, the AC struggled to keep up during the heat wave, and the bed felt like a low-quality pull-out sofa frame that squeaked with every movement. Additionally, while the room was generally tidy, there was a noticeable amount of dust. Overall, we made the most of it since we didn't spend much time inside, but the room comfort level definitely needs improvement
