10.0It’s a quick water taxi to the apartment. Giacomo the friendly staff contacted me before we arrived with all information we needed. From the outside you’d never know how lovely it was inside. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated and everything we needed was included. It was away from the hustle and business of the grand canal area but still right in the center.

8.0Property is close to shop and everything. However, you need to watch out for high tide. Staff is very helpful, he arranged private water taxi and help your luggage to hotel. You need cash to pay for water taxi and hotel taxes.

10.0We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Quick walk to the water taxi for train station, and short walk to San Marco square. The friendliest employees and our room was great. We stayed in the suite with two king beds, our 20 year old son was traveling with us and was perfect!
