6.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super
− Für mich war das Übernachten in einem Schlafsaal bis dato neu. Leider stand nirgendwo, das ich für die verschließbare Holzkiste unter dem Bett ein eigenes Vorhängeschloss benötige. Vorhängeschlösser gibt es zwar an der Rezeption, aber nur erwerblich über eine Geldkarte. Zu der Zeit stand mir leider keine Geldkarte zur Verfügung, sodass ich gezwungen war eine Stunde durch Berlin zu laufen, um mir ein Vorhängeschloss zu organisieren. Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Personal schwierig, da sie fast ausschließlich Englisch gesprochen haben und mir in keinster Weise helfen konnten oder wollten. Dann viel mir auf, dass die Betten mit Stahlblechen teilweise verkleidet sind. Dies war äußerst nervig und laut wenn andere im Zimmer mit dem Arm dagegen gestoßen sind.

− The bathroom door to my room couldn’t lock properly. Got locked in the first time. Asked the staff to look at it twice, but nothing changed. The bathroom in the dorm also wasn’t cleaned throughly on the first two days unfortunately. The sewage smell was unpleasant

Towels are not included but can be rented on site for a surcharge of EUR 5 per towel. Alternatively, guests can bring their own.
Any reservaion for 10 or more people per night, is considered a group booking with different Terms and Conditions. Group bookings can only be made through the property's reservations team. Otherwise, Generator reserves the right to cancel it.
The property can only allow Dogs with a maximum weight of 75lbs./ 34kg.
PAYMENT: For Advance Purchase rates/Non Refundable rates, we require the payment card used for booking to be presented upon check in.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancelation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
