10.0The hotel was well kept and staff very friendly and helpful. Very accessible to trams with restaurants around and a grocery. Although my room was very tiny it still was good with comfy bed. My only suggestion is to provide a super absorbent floor mat for the shower to prevent water from going all over the floor. The bathroom floor was all leveled. I would definitely stay at Hotel Espresso again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Hotel Espresso!

6.0Great location. Very basic rooms. Windows are locked so cannot open. Airconditioning is basically non-existent. The staff on the Friday and Sunday night were lovely. The lady working Saturday morning was a bit rude. Bathrooms and beds were good.
