9.0This was my second time staying at Nardi and I had an absolutely wonderful stay just like the last time. A special thank you goes to Mr.Velid, who provided truly exceptional service throughout my stay. He consistently went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free. Whether it was arranging my appointments, helping me weigh my luggage before my flight, recommending great breakfast spots and salons, or simply being available whenever I needed assistance, he was always incredibly helpful, professional and kind. I'd also like to recognize Ms.Gamze and Ms.Effie for their outstanding housekeeping. They kept everything spotless and took great pride in their work. Beyond that, their cheerful, warm and friendly personalities brightened my day every time I saw them. Their positive energy and dedication made me feel truly welcome and at home. It's the people who make a place special and this team is exceptional.
− While I appreciated the discounted rate and understand the apart/hotel's policies, a little more flexibility with late check-out, especially as a returning guest who had extended my stay and had suddenly fallen unwell before my departure, would have been greatly appreciated.

8.0Very helpful staff, comfortable room, close to everything. Fully equipped kitchen, cleaned well daily. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was often here, nice guy, wanted to make sure everything went well.
− Lots of cleaning equipment and clutter in a narrow stairway, was a little hazardous to walk.
