4.0The location is good. The staff are very courteous and helpful.
− The pictures of the room showing the room looks bigger were deceiving because the wall of the room is a mirror. It depicted a bigger room with 4 beds instead of only 2 beds. The other bed is on the attic, not even 4 ft high. If i had known this ahead of time, I would rather book 2 separate rooms for our family. We thought we can enjoy all 4 of us sharing a room together - wrong decision. Also, no elevator.
A lovely, convenient, comfortable hotel in the heart of Paris
10.0The location is almost unbeatable. You stay within two blocks of the Tuileries. The Louvre is a five-minute walk, as is the Seine. There are many bus stops and train stations in the area, so it is easy to get to any part of the city. The room itself was quirky, fun and well-laid out. We stayed for 10 days with two adults and two older teens, and we were very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb and the perfect way to start the day. We also traveled during a heat wave, and the room air-conditioning was a life saver.

− No lift and step stairs were a struggle with luggage. Also, neighbor noise.

9.0The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was scheduled and wonderful. We loved the loft unit for our family especially younger family loved the novelty and a bit of privacy.
− We overall like the property. Since we were in a 5th floor loft you need to walk up 6 flights of steps to access your room. There was not an elevator in our building (I believe the main building has an elevator). So we were careful about not forgetting items in the room. Returning to your room is a bit of work after walking all day. We knew this might be the case and it was fine. We tended to be out sightseeing all day and then returned at night.
