Lovely location but do not stay in summer months.
5.0The location was perfect. We were there to see Wicked and sightseeing around Westminster. Pimlico station was less than 5 minutes walk and the surrounding streets were pretty.
− I know that the hotel cannot control the heat, but being on the top floor with no air conditioning meant we had zero sleep. The heat was a danger to life of an elderly person or baby/toddler. I would not be staying there in the summer months. No access to a fridge so the gallons of water we bought were warm. The window also only opened partially so not a lot of air circulating. My husband did need to phone in the middle of the night but no one answered his calls. The reception closes at 10pm but there is a number to call but no one answered. The lady on reception in the morning did not take on board any of our concerns at all.

1.0Nothing I want my money back I only stayed one day I want credit for 4 days. I had to stay at another hotel at additional cost to me.
− Small, no a/c did not provide fans to help with heat .
