10.0I'm so glad that I stayed at this hotel. Location was perfect for me -- a quiet street that entered right into the Tiergarten; room and public spaces were elegant and comfortable. (Great toiletries too!) But what really stood out to me was the excellence of every staff member i interacted with -- to a person, everyone was so kind and truly welcoming. I've never thought of myself as a zoo person ... but actually, getting to enter it through the hotel, and walking around (it's a great zoo!) was a perfect pre-dinner activity on a nice day.

9.0Das Personal war überaus bemüht und freundlich, was zu einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Die Einrichtung, das Essen und die Lage waren sehr gut.
− Das Mobiliar auf dem Zimmer war etwas abgenutzt und die Decke unter dem Bezug war nicht ganz sauber. Auch hatten wir einen etwas schöneren Ausblick aus dem Embassy-Zimmer erwartet. Wir haben leider hauptsächlich Gebäude gesehen. Der Pool hätte ein wenig wärmer temperiert sein können.
