Due to business purposes, this Appart Hotel located 3 minutes from Paddington station was perfect between Heathrow and Excel Convention center. There are number of options either for breakfast and dinner around the location. Rooms were comfortable and staff of the reception were amazing! They stay helpful for the whole stay but specially the first day. When we arrived, one colleague discovered she made a mistake with the stay dates. They keep in touch with us during the day while we were in our meetings with various information's about the process of correction (we could not wait at the Hotel when the mistake was discovered). Thanks a lot for help (they have to check with remote backoffice as the changes can not be done on site). Sleeps have also been comfortable with peaceful nights! Great stay!

Great location and super service

Quiet affordable place to stay within 10 minutes' walk of Paddington Station. I was only here one night, but really enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable. A bit sparse in the basement 1 bedroom I was in but very comfortable beds, quiet. As someone who visits London a few times a year this is a place I'll come back to. Everyone was really lovely and welcoming, as well. I got in early exhausted from my flight and was able to check in straightaway which I appreciated.

Could not be happier, it was a wonderful experience. Red was a superstar and nothing that we could have asked for was not given - room is great and very spacious and we had two dogs there too - wonderful

A wonderful stay in a super convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at Native Hyde Park. Stayed for 6 nights as a couple and adult daughter in Premium One Bedroom. Location is very convenient... easy walk to Paddington station or Lancaster Gate station. Lovely to be able to walk in Kensington Park and through Jyde Park. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We especially appreciated the nespresso compatible coffee machine with pods provided. Important to note that in the premium one bedroom in which we stayed, the king bed and bathroom with showet were on a mezzanine level up a spiral staircase, so wouldn't work for guests with mobility issues. Also note that the bed for the 3rd guest is a sofa bed. Thank you Native Hyde Park. We would love to return.

Location is absolutely golden. Close access to both paddington station and Lancaster station. The room atmosphere is cozy, plenty of space for luggages with dining table space for resting time. Beds were comfortable. Love the towel warming rack. Minus one star because kitchen’s appliances seems old (kettle bottom peeling off) and a lot of car roaring noises at night. Staff were friendly and helpful, there is concierge 24 hours, check in all done online, making the whole process easy.
