7.0We liked the location and the facilities in the room. The staff was very good in getting back to us with another fan the next day.
− Summer the room is not AC. Only the fan was available. Keeping the windows open is not an option as the noise down below where the trams were running. The noise would be too loud if you’re not used to it.

8.0Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Lage in der Nähe des Alex ist optimal, sodass man fußläufig sehr viele interessante Ziele erreichen kann. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut ! Es gab anfangs ein Problem mit dem reservierten Tiefgaragenplatz, allerdings konnte das Problem sehr rasch zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit geklärt werden. Meine Hinweise bezüglich zu einem defekten Stuhl, einem fehlende Standfuss an der Microwelle und einem Toaster, der wohl mal nicht ordnungsgemäß benutzt wurde, wurden sehr ernst genommen. Vielen Dank noch für die prompte und sehr gute Kommunikation.👍
− Für geräuschempfindliche Leute ist ein Appartment mit Stadtsicht eher nicht zu empfehlen, da die Straßenbahn unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude lang fährt und mit Getöse um die Ecke biegt. An heißen Tagen ist es schwierig ausreichend über geöffnete Fenster zu lüften, wobei auch die vorhandene Entlüftungsanlage einiges bewirkt. Die Fenster sind allerdings sehr gut schallisoliert und bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Straßenbahnlärm gut erträglich. Da wir abersowieso tagsüber unterwegs waren, war es nur abends bzw.nachts etwas problematisch. Außerdem störend war der unangenehme Geruch im Bad aus den Abflüssen, obwohl die Lüftung ununterbrochen lief. Entweder hängt das mit der Gesamtsituation im Haus, unzureichende Entlüftung über Dachfläche oder auch mit der Wetterlage zusammen, da mir aufgefallen ist, auch inder Stadt kam ein fauliger Geruch aus einigen Gullis.

− Si alguien es muy sensible al ruido, queda literal en frente al tranvia. A nosotros no nos molesto para nada.!
