10.0Staff was friendly and helpful, they tried their best to suit my halal dietary options with their chef in their restaurant. Lobby was also a nice distraction for nights.

Good Value Hotel in Ginza, Great Location, Clean Rooms
8.0Location, room and staff were great for the value. Not the fanciest hotel in Ginza but met our needs with two rooms as a family of four traveling in Tokyo. I try to stick with Marriotts and there were 2 other Marriotts on the same block as this hotel that were nicer. Our room was spotless when we arrived, staff was very helpful at check-in. Shower was great with very good water pressure. Beds were comfortable, bar was nice for a quick evening drink. 7-Eleven around the corner. Shopping a couple of blocks away. Easy access to subway. Would definitely recommend for the price.
