10.0Location was excellent- central location in Karakoy within walking distance to tourist areas like galata/taksim/sultanahmet. Apartment was very clean. Communication w host was excellent. Only thing that could be improved is that the entry area to apartment had some carpet areas on the stairs that were peeling off and the automatic lighting on the stairs did not always turn on when you needed it, which could be a safety hazard. Finding free parking is nearly impossible (a common challenge in Istanbul not just this neighborhood). But, there are ample paid parking spots including one just an 1-2 minute walk from the apartment. Those are really the only negatives that I saw, given the great price point and location! Overall it was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

2.0We were not told that no elevator we have carry 6 suitcases 25 stairs.No front desk if you are internation.traveler you have buy new sim card befor you can call local number and talk to manager who can open the door and let u in .showe is like joke bearly 24incx24 inc size and.list goes on on . I would.never recomend this place to stay

6.0Good location. It's important to know that there's no Reception Available at the designated time. You need to communicate with Yakob When you arrive to the property so he can come down and escorts you to your room
