8.0Era todo muy funcional, la pieza era muy pequeña pero tenía todo para hacerla confortable

2.0La ubicación es relativamente buena situada dentro de UENO.
− Creo que es la primera vez que escribo una crítica negativa en Booking pero creo que lo sucedido en el hotel no se puede pasar por alto. El personal fue de lo más desagradable, en el desayuno después de haber pagado los 4 días (te dan una especie de tickets) el segundo día, no nos atendieron diciendo que se habían pasado dos minutos de la hora. Según la empleada eran las 9:02 y el restaurante aunque cierra a las 9:30 debes ir antes de las 9 y nos dejaron sin desayunar. Te regalé los tickets de desayuno de los siguientes día no queriendo ni la devolución del dinero. No volvi a desayunar más ahí. Por otro lado, las habitaciones no las limpian, según el hotel, el motivo es cuidar el medio ambiente por lo que tienes que pedir que te cambien las toallas y que limpien. La cama era pequeña y pegada a la pared. No había sitio para dejar las maletas ni la ropa. El baño diminuto, si no abrías la puerta no entrabas en el baño. El calor en las zonas comunes era insoportable. En cuanto al personal acabar diciendo que nunca había sentido un desprecio tan grande por parte de nadie. Ojalá los despidan a todos.

− Las habitaciones eran pequeñas, por lo que sí se tiene mucho equipaje, puede ser algo incómodo, pero funciona bien si no se va a estar gran parte del tiempo en la habitación.
