Decent stay for the price but could use some maintenance
5.0The property itself was large and clean, and the location was close to the main downtown area of BARCELONA.
− There were not many amenities, and a lot of things were not working properly like the toilet and the air conditioning and the fridge leaking and the Wi-Fi.
Dangerous area. Drug dealers outside not idea for young family or women only group
3.0The property was spacious and adequate for 6 people. Added bonus of 2 separate bathrooms/toilets
− There was dirty underwear left in the kitchen, The lock in one of the bathrooms has been put on the wrong way so it cannot lock Location very dangerous and unsafe. Lots of noise overnight, screaming slamming doors etc in middle of the night. Owner called at 11pm and 12pm both nights to discuss a noise complaint first night we was asleep 2nd we wasn’t even home.

7.0Espaço grande para uma familia no centro de Barcelona, perto de tudo o necessário para uma excelente estadia. Gestores muito disponíveis e com respostas rápidas a todas as dúvidas
− Zona da entrada muito insegura com carteiristas sempre por perto. Muito stressante para ir com a família. Uma das camas estava com o estrado partido. Ao tentarmos resolver durante a noite, vimos que o colchão estava sujo.
