8.0Really lovely hotel. Great location. We would have rated 5* but the warnings everywhere about additional charges made you feel a little on-edge and not completely at ease. They took a cash-deposit from us when we arrived too but hadn’t from the guests before us.

8.0Amazing, good location and lovely room. Only downside was the smell of the bathroom it was quite overpowering and we had to buy some room spray and keep bathroom door closed at all times.

10.0Great place to stay! We felt very comfortable in our room, and always looked forward to coming back to the space after a long day. The staff were also very helpful in directing us if we needed help finding a good place to eat or weren’t sure how to get somewhere in the city! Wonderful experience overall

10.0We (two girl friends) had a great stay in Nappiness Hotel. Staff were very friendly always and very helpful. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Would 100% recommend. Good location for Khoa San Road & pier to get hop on/hop off boat & close to a 7/11. Thank you
