8.0The location is perfect for Sloane Square and South Kensington. The flat is large and spacious and clean and perfect for central location like this with a wonderful square around the corner with fabulous coffee and restaurants and essentials. Lovely clean bedding and towels were provided and when we needed to extend our stay the communication was wonderful with the owner.
− I think the blinds could be replaced as most are slightly broken. The kitchen could be stocked with a few more utensils etc. The sofa is brilliant as a sofabed but it could be updated as not comfortable to sit on. The heating is not easy to adjust and no instructions to amend it. So if did get chilly. I think the flat could just have a little refresh to make it cosier but it's very clean and anything we needed was provided straight away and the assistance we got was brilliant when we did have a problem.

− Only very minor issue….Ceiling light in living room has come away from the ceiling slightly, a simple fix and surprised not done
