10.0They were able accommodate last minute on my last night in Istanbul after flying in from Fethiye. They upgraded me to a suite for free. Super grateful. The suite was super clean and cozy and was close to all attractions. Thank you for the last minute accomodation. Will stay again!

6.0A la hora del check in ( a las 14.00h) la habitación no estaba preparada. Habitación pequeña. Recepcionista agradable. Por la noche no hay nadie en recepción, no sé por qué pone recepción 24h en descripción , ( por el día tampoco hay nadie muchas veces ) Para el precio que pague por la habitación no merece la pena
