1.0− Our stay at Luna Suites was disappointing. Although we had a confirmed booking and arrived on time, we were made to wait for almost an hour before our room was ready. Initially, we were told it would only take 15 minutes, but the delay was much longer. We were traveling with a baby, who had to wait with us in the reception, and the staff did not seem very considerate of the situation. The room itself was generally clean, but there were hairs on the floor, and the floor was still wet when we entered, suggesting it had not been properly prepared before check-in. Overall, the experience could have been much better with better organization and more attentive customer service.
