8.0Stay was lovely, host on arrival was excellent very friendly, welcoming and informative...especially for food recommendations. Great location, we walked to all main atteactions. Clean room and tidied everyday however we were disappointed and shocked that the top of the beds head board had a thick layer -a centimetre layer- of dust. Seemed this had been completely overlooked which was was so offputting we cleaned it ourselves as it was the bed! Other than that we really enjoyed this hotel.

4.0The staff was lousy with the exception of Chadri, one of the reception guys and Maria a part time waitress. The safe in the room did not work and it took three days to get it fix, some of the lights went out at night and construction was going on and there was dust all over.
