2.0No employee present to let customers in. Very noisy street-motor cycles all night-delivery trucks. Shower Extremely small-will not accommodates everyone. Need extra pillows. Elevator Small!!!! Hotel rep David very helpful and nice. Had mini fridge. breakfast included. There was a CASH only city tax of $27 euros Would recommend

4.0Room was great. However, Expedia never sent me the code to the enter and did not provide clear entrance and check in instructions. I will not be looking through Expedia in the future for hotel rooms because of the lack of communication.

10.0The apartment is perfect for a visit to Vatican and within walking distance and is central to everything else, the staff who run it are very helpful and polite nothing is to much just ask.
Modern and Quiet in the center of it all
10.0Great stay with comfy bed and linens. This place is in a good zone with easy access to the metro, restaurants, shopping, and sites. I had a room overlooking the building's large center courtyard, which was peaceful and quiet. It was also great having the cafe table on the balcony for meals. The owner was accommodating and helpful with easy check-in and check-out.
