Amazing location as close to the train as you can possibly be. Great restaurants around.

− Be aware of the sound because of being so near the tram line it starts around 6am until 10pm and there are bells every few minutes. There is some sort of fan opening that doesn't muffle the sound at all so you can hear it all. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, would have rather had a Japanese style room, the slats are not made for mattresses they provide.
The location is great; unfortunately, it is not comfortable.

− I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. While I appreciated the overall experience, I did encounter a couple of issues that could be improved for future guests. Firstly, the bunk beds creaked quite a bit with any movement, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It would be great if the owner could address this issue to enhance comfort for future visitors. Unfortunately, I ended up having to sleep on the floor due to this situation. Additionally, I noticed that the carpet could benefit from a thorough cleaning. A fresher environment would add to the overall appeal of the space. We were hoping to have internet access in the house, as it would greatly enhance our experience. Thank you for considering this feedback; I believe these changes could significantly enhance the guest experience!

7.03度目の利用です。前回までと部屋が違ったのですが、問題なく使えました。
− 電子レンジが壊れており、アメニティーのヘアトリートメントが無かったです。近所にドラックストアがあったのでそちらで購入。

10.0An outstanding place to stay in Tokyo. The location is unbeatable, en just steps away from Otsuka Station (Yamanote Line), making it easy to get around the city. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, perfect for families or groups. Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Having a washing machine and plenty of room made the stay even more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet but has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!
