10.0Todo impecable, pero lo mejor fue la atención que recibimos. Todas las recepcionistas son amorosas y nos dieron la opción de usar un baño con ducha después de hacer hecho el check out, previo a nuestra vuelta a la Argentina. Un detalle que hizo la diferencia! Muchas gracias!!!

10.0Quería agradeceros el trato que hemos recibido durante nuestra estancia. En especial, quiero dar las gracias a la chica que nos atendió ayer en recepción. Fue muy amable, cercana y profesional en todo momento, y nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, quería agradeceros que nos confirmarais tan rápidamente que el mensaje que había recibido era un intento de estafa. Vuestra ayuda y vuestra atención nos dieron mucha tranquilidad. Nos ha encantado el hotel. Destacamos la excelente ubicación, la limpieza impecable de las instalaciones y, sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal, que ha hecho que nuestra experiencia haya sido aún mejor. Sin duda, volveremos cuando regresemos a Madrid y recomendaremos vuestro hotel a familiares y amigos. ¡Muchas gracias por todo y seguid así!
