− Muy poco equipamiento. Por suerte nunca nos tocó cocinar. En plena ola de calor se espera al menos contar con una botella de agua al ingresar.

5.0The apartment is located at the close proximity to Monumental metro station, so we could go from our apartment to almost any part of the city very quickly
− Very strict and unrealistic requirements about the noise level and complaints about every minor higher noise volume, that occured practicaly daily whether via mail or in-person

8.0La posizione è assolutamente centrale, la struttura è buona.
− Ci sono stati tantissimi problemi con il Check-in online e con l'app per l'apertura della porta. Dopo tanti messaggi ed email il problema del check-in era dovuto al sito in manutenzione ma mi è stato detto solo dopo. L'App per aprire la porta ha continuato a non funzionare (inviavo anche i video agli Host) e sono stato costretto ad andare a prendere la chiave nella loro sede (che non è vicina, sono dovuto andare in scooter).

8.0Квартира находится рядом с многими достопримечательностями. Расположение радовало. Агенство беспокоится о своих гостях и оставляет разовые готовые пакеты для проживающих ( набор для еды-2 кофе, 2 пакетика чая, соль, перец и оливковое масло 20мл) и набор для уборки (2 капсулы для посудомоечной машины, - капсула для стирки, тряпка для уборки).
− Критерий, который мне не понравился, не относится напрямую к компании, которая сдает квартиру. Это вопрос к дому и шумоизоляции дома. Слышно всех соседей. Но агентство расположило датчики шума в квартирах.
