8.0− This is the second time I stayed here. On both occasions I requested a golf view and got the city view.

3.0− We had asked by email to check in a few hours earlier, and it was confirmed by email that this was possible. When we arrived, they could not find our reservation, after which we were sent to their old apartment to check in there. We were also unable to check in earlier. The room bed was not in order... no pans, even though it is an apartment. The service has become very poor.

− Main lift not working at the start of our stay - use goods lift. Unable to get electronic lock working to apartment door however was given key which was very useful.

− No estaban bien limpias las sábanas, ambas camas tenían pelos entre las cobijas y el lavamanos de uno de los baños estaba tapado. Adicionalmente en la habitación 1403 hubo una pelea a las 3:30 am con gritos y groserías lo que dañó la dormida
