9.0Easy check in process, friendly staff, Close to international airport , good restaurants, shops and train station ( public transport.
− For 3 aults, the room was a little bit small.
Overall it was a good stay but don’t expect you can get a help from them
8.0I liked the location, cleaness and amenities.
− We arrive late. They have a kiosk to check in. No contact check in and out that is fine but i have a problem with kiosk to check in and no one helped me a while since they are busy? But there are at least 4 employees on the counter just next to me and i politely asked i need help to check in. They replied wait a moment and I waited more than 15 minutes. They prefer processing the documents off helping the customer.
