− Refused booking . But still charged our card. When asked for refund they claim inappropriate behaviour so they wouldn't refund. We never stayed Its a con Took money refused booking . No refund

10.0We are a moroccan family, and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and safe. Sabrine, the owner, was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She even speaks Arabic and other languages which made communication very easy for us and for our mothers. The decor and atmosphere are quite unique and distinctive, giving it a special character. It’s also comfortable and has a home like feeling. The location is excellent, just a short walk from istiklal square with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport.
