10.0Excelente hotel! El personal es muy atento, estuvieron al pendiente en toda la estancia. La habitación es pequeña pero está muy bien para descansar, la limpieza excelente y el aire acondicionado tmb! El único inconveniente es q se escucha mucho la habitación de al lado, y en nuestro caso, tuvimos la incomodidad de que los otros huéspedes eran ruidosos. Por lo demás todo excelente, lo recomiendo!

10.0Atendimento impecável. As meninas da recepção são extremamente atenciosas, gentis, solícitas, educadas, sorridentes e acolhedoras. A localização é perfeita. Fica perto do metrô, de lojas, farmácias, supermercado e de todos os pontos turísticos. Eu e meu esposo fizemos todas as visitas andando (mesmo com metrô pertinho). Fica a uns 10 minutos da Fontana, 12 minutos do pantheon, 15 minutos do coliseu e uns 40 minutos do Vaticano. Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com a hospedagem, mas devo afirmar que o atendimento foi o maior diferencial
