Good position, apartment has potential but is run down.

The location was lovely and the amenities were good.

− It was cleaned well, it’s also run down. The walls, taps, doors are all damaged a little bit. There’s mould in the bathroom tiles that need a good clean The curtains, pillows, couch and chairs need a clean so does the carpet.

- Great location in a generally nice neighborhood (tho there are quite a lot unhoused people around Victoria Station/Victoria Street, but this is long-standing). Plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby (Tesco, M&S, Little Waitrose, Whole Foods) - Excellent transport links: close to the Tube and multiple bus routes - Building feels safe and secure - Apartment was mostly clean upon check-in

− - Zero soundproofing — you can hear everything from the hallway, neighbors, and street - Apartment is run-down and outdated (many switches not working, AC not functioning properly, broken window latches) - Poor kitchenware and almost no essentials (no salt/pepper, no washing machine pods, only two dishwasher pods, one extra garbage bag) - No privacy on the first floor — it’s either blackout blinds or nothing, so they had to remain closed at all times - No onsite team, which makes deliveries difficult - No notice or scheduling for complimentary cleaning — I was woken up by staff trying to enter, which was quite alarming My personal misfortunes - Asked about early check-in the day before arrival, was told to check again on the morning of arrival (about 12 hours later), only to be told it wasn’t possible due to a same-day checkout. I do understand scripted answers, but this likely could have been communicated upfront instead of requiring follow-up - Very hard, lumpy pillows — caused neck pain after one night; had to buy muscle relaxants and new pillows - Dirty dishes with food left in the dishwasher on arrival - Safe was not working and required a service visit to reset - Wrongfully accused of flooding a commercial unit downstairs with potential liability for damages. It took three days to resolve and confirm they had mixed up the apartments

Excellent Aircon throughout the appartment.

Location is ok

− I left this stay feeling deeply disappointed and honestly quite hurt. The hosts were not only unkind and unhelpful, but also blatantly untruthful. The door code for the apartment was still active for the previous guest, who actually walked in while we were inside to collect something they’d forgotten. It was unsettling and made us feel completely unsafe. The place itself was in a terrible state: the toilets were dirty, the shower head was broken, and the AC didn’t work at all. Despite telling us it would be fixed, nothing was done. Later, they even lied to Booking.com, claiming the AC had been repaired for us — it absolutely hadn’t. Trying to get help was exhausting. I called customer service multiple times, waited for hours each time, and with every call they became less and less willing to help. Overall, the experience wasn’t just bad — it felt disrespectful. I would strongly urge others to avoid this place.

La location était parfaite, tout près de la gare train/metro/bus Victoria. Près d’un supermarché aussi et à distance raisonnable de marche de Westminster et Buckingham. Appartement très confortable avec deux salles de toilettes (très pratique!) et une chambre à coucher séparée par une, même deux portes pour ne pas déranger l’autre quand on se réveille tôt!
