Great apartment conveniently located just a 10-15 minute walk to the main train station and closest vaporetto stop is right around the corner a 3 minute walk away - Guglie. The Cannaregio neighborhood is a very historic neighborhood that has its own charm and is a more quiet place to stay. But also the good nightlife is a short 5 minute walk away to nearby bars so it’s a great location. The property is very spacious, clean, and cutely maintained. There’s laundry, and I loved the window on the canal - it really set the Venetian tone

Canal view is nice. Apartment was clean. Location is quiet. Washer is a nice amenity. It has a nice, homey feel. We felt at home. Great fur a couple.

− Listing shows a double wide sofa bed, but all that is offered is a very small single chair that folds out from a chair to an uncomfortable "bed". Therefore, this listing is only good for one or two persons and no more. Air conditioning was broken during our stay in June 2026. I assume it should be fixed now. Toilet seat was broken during our stay. Dangerously loose. The problem with this was it was mentioned in an earlier review and was not repaired yet by the time we arrived. This is unacceptable. The door handle fell off the patio door. This was repaired during our stay. The other door handles were of poor service and should be replaced. The courtyard seating with the orange cushions in the photos is not nearly as inviting in person. Nor is it private, it is shared space. There are 5 canal photos in the listing that are not the canal you are on. Photos 3, 5, 22, 36 and 38 are neighborhood canals, not the one the window opens to. You will be on photos 14 and 37.

Great location

− Future guests should be aware that the sleeping arrangements were not as advertised when we stayed. The listing showed and described a sofa bed in the living room, but in reality this was replaced with a mattress placed on the bedroom floor. If you are booking for separate sleeping spaces or expect proper beds for all guests, this property may not match your expectations. This was particularly unsuitable for our 19-year-old guest and was not what we believed we had booked based on the listing description and photos. We reported the issue immediately and provided evidence to the host and Booking.com.
