− Most uncomfortable bed Lift not working and having to climb 6 flights of stairs This made my wife quite unwell . Stairwell unclean.

− Both lifts were out of order. We booked superior room and given wheelchair accessible room on third floor. Some people had to walk up seven flights of stairs. On each landing we were greeted with piles of dirty linen and overflowing rubbish sacks presumably just left there as lift inoperable. Dirty glasses and crockery left uncleared on window sills in corridor. Stairwell carpets and walls stained.
Second time of using the hotel, nice room, but disappointed because of the above

− The lift being out of action was not acceptable in this day and age, temporary yes, but not for a number of days. Offering cancellation was not helpful at such a late stage. Very suprised there was no other offer for the inconvenience
