2.0When I checked in they said my room wasn’t available and they said to cancel. I booked a jacuzzi room and they told me they have none. They sent me to a sister hotel they also owned around the corner down an alley which was not even close to what I paid for very very bad experience the hotel was run down smoking in the lobby and the bed sheets smelt like smoke I didn’t sleep at all. The jacuzzi ended up having brown floating stuff in the water the next morning I was so discusted and they wouldn’t refund my money when I left at 7 am all to have to find another hotel super upset especially since after they said they would when hotels.com called they denied the refund don’t go!
