− No A/C and they charge 25 euros more because I showed up 2 minutes after 10pm, I explained to him that it was my 1st time in Venice and it took sometime to get to the location

4.0The location was nice. Close to the Rialto Bridge and market.
− It was not very clean. The shower did not drain the water quickly enough so I was constantly standing in built up water. People who I shared a room with complained about bed bugs in their beds. The wifi was terrible in the room I stayed.
The cleaner rocks and made this awesome.
7.0The cleaner was super amazing, very helpful and tried to go out of his way to make sure I was welcomed, showed the place around and also wanted to make me a cup of coffee. Thank you for being an amazing human.
− The reception guy was not pleasent, he didn't explain how I would get in at 10 p.m. and quickly showed me a picture ... later that night I found out it was the 2 buttons I had to press downstairs to unlock the door. Also mentioned the internet, he said it works for him. Let him know I had contacted the property to book another night, "it's not my problem that you didn't book 2 nights right away".
