Really incredible property.

− There were teenagers climbing all over the house and jumping into the canal, at all hours of the night. They even climbed onto the roof. We asked them several times to please stop and that we were trying to sleep and they would stop for a bit, then resume after awhile. There is very little sound insulation so you could hear everything from outside. The kids were also smoking and the smell wafted into our room. We ended up having to check out early and take another hotel.

I liked the concept and the fact that is next to a lake and nature It looks nice and difference but I don't think you'd is for me personally. The set up of the room is a bit uncomfortable for a big guy like me.

− The AC is just above the bed which is very uncomfortable I had some really annoying kids who entered the open space around the"house" and started knocking on the door and windows multiple times , showing middle fingers and being annoying. So that wasn't the safest place as you are exposed and you have stupid people and kids who don't respect your privacy. Everything else was nice I just won't repeat that again

le logement est situé dans un quartier très calme. Le métro pour se rendre dans le centre d'Amsterdam est à 10 min à pieds et le trajet métro est très rapide jusqu'à la gare centrale d'Amsterdam. Le logement est très mignon et quel plaisir de se réveiller avec vie sur l'eau :)

Beautiful location, really peaceful, the coffee pouches were a big bonus! Once in a lifetime to do.

− Shower didn't drain well, so needed to stop showering a couple of times to let it drain. Struggled with the heating system. A little to far from everything (food, station,...) Really small, no room to put your luggage.
