4.0喫煙部屋しか無く臭かった。
レイトチェックアウトの対応が悪い
4.0レイトチェックアウトをフロントに申し出て手続きしていたが、通常チェックアウト時間になると清掃員が部屋をノックして、いつ出ていくのか尋ねられた。「レイトチェックアウトですよと伝えても「何時にでますか」ということだった。

8.0This is a nice hotel that suited my needs perfectly as a single tourist who didn’t spend an excessive amount of time on the room. The rooms are relatively small by US standards but large enough that it was comfortable. The water flow to the shower was amazing. Almost felt like a fire hose. 😀 The staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the housekeeping staff often left their supplies in the hallway nearly blocking the path to the elevator. I would stay again.

2.0Late check in not allowed no refundable if you paid by Expedia. Has to pay rack rate if any issue. No manager appeared but calling back later
