A good place to take a vacation
10.0My husband and I booked this for a holiday stay in London and we were not disappointed. It's a great location, central to a lot of things we wanted to do and just a few blocks from Victoria Station. The pictures are pretty much what you get, a little more wear and tear from the years but still good. The building is mixed use residence and rental so it's not managed like a hotel and as long as you don't expect that you're good. After a small bit of user error the code for the door worked fine and the elevator was small but did the job. We did have a few issues, the water heater didn't work the first day and the washing machine conked out the last evening, but we called the number and they got us fixed up were very friendly. All in all, it was a really nice way to enjoy London and feel like you were really living in the city for a week.

We were literally close to all the tourist spots like Buckingham Palace, London Eye, museums, shopping, pubs, restaurants, transportation, and culture. Staying in this 2 bedroom flat gave each of us space and made our stay so much more comfortable. A beautiful flat with all the amenities you will need.

10.0Very convenient location 2 blocks to Victoria transit stations (underground subway, trains, buses) Open corner area entry, so felt safe coming and going. Lots of good food options 2 blocks away! Just blocks to Buckingham Palace.

10.0The place location was great. The appartment was wide, clean and well equipped. I loved the big windows. The building has a lift that made easy to reach upper floors.

8.0The convenience of shops, train station and close to the attractions that we planned to see. The apartment itself was clean, but completly on your own no one to ask for assistance. Had a lot of trouble with the front door combiation lock that we had to do everytime we want to get back in. I had a fall the first night we were there on the unlit step down in the bedroom. One suggestion i do have that would of made our stay easier is an information booklet on how the lights, lock, the washing machine works.
