6.0The location, flat size, kitchen and rooms amenities. the Filipino guy who works there is very helpful.
− The flat maintenance is what I call blue tac, no house keeping regardless how long you’re staying. and if you want it costs 75 pounds per visit.

− Cracked tiles in kitchen ! Very dangerous No bedding for a so call sofa bed !!

− Poor building quality, smelly building interiors, shoddy AC (the heat pumps in phots only work on fan and the portable systems are useless), photos didn’t reflect actual state of apartment. Area is sketchy with homeless people living outside.
