− No internet, no elevator ( was out of service during my whole stay ) , no air conditioning, one fan was not working, window shade was broken and toilet with no ventilation and can’t open the window

5.0La ubicacion es excelente , es centrico , cerca de muchas cosas , caminas 5 minutos y tienes conexiones para ir a cualquier parte. Esta entre 2 barrios muy concurridos , con muchos teatros , muchísima oferta gastronómica y tiendas.
− La limpieza, habia suciedad y cosas de los huespedes anteriores en los cajones , ropa de cama en los armarios , la mopa humeda en la coladuria que dejaba olor a humedad. Solicitamos para 4 personas y el sofa cama no estaba preparado y faltaron algunas toallas.

1.0Well to start off with, it wasn’t even the property I originally booked. We were moved from Shaftesbury avenue to Baker Street! We had no hot water, this was not resolved during our whole stay. The fridge/freezer had no power so we had no cold drinks and were unable to store food for our 2 young children.

I loved this place and its location. Will be back!!
10.0Close to everything we wanted to do. Plays, food, Chinatown, SOHO bars, and shopping. Seriously on the strip in the middle of all the action! Loved it! Had great windows that opened for a cross breeze. Washer and dryer combo! Full designer kitchen. One bedroom with a queen and a couch that makes up to a double bed.
− Can be loud at night with the windows open but it settles down.
