I have been staying at this hotel for many years, and it used to be one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, over the past year, the hotel has gone downhill in a very disappointing way, especially when it comes to cleanliness. On one of my recent stays, I found a stain on the bed sheets that made me so uncomfortable I decided to check out immediately. During my latest stay, the room had a very unpleasant smell from the moment I entered. The rooms are also in desperate need of renovation. The furniture is old and worn out, the colors have faded, and the overall atmosphere no longer feels like a hotel. On top of that, the soundproofing is extremely poor, making it difficult to enjoy any privacy or relaxation. I’m genuinely disappointed because this hotel used to maintain a much higher standard. Sadly, the quality has dropped significantly, and unless major improvements are made, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

− The carpets were dirty, not enough hand soap, the shower tap was a mess and the water was trinkling. The breakfast was nothing short of a disaster. No extra bottles given just 2 mini water bottles were there and the lady refused it would be chargeable. Not going there ever again.secomd car parking was suppose to be paid upfront 30aed? Iron board was dirty. Not enough hangers in the closet.
