9.0Świetna lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerkiem do stacji metra z której w ciągu kilkunastu minut można dojechać do centrum. Dookoła sporo sklepów i restauracji. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu i skorzystania z toalety przed zameldowaniem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą która błyskawicznie zareagowała na nasze zgłoszenie odnośnie suszarki do włosów. Gorąco polecam!
− Ściany w budynku dość cienkie, w godzinach wieczornych słychać było obecność innych lokatorów czy odgłos spływającej z ich łazienki wody, choć nam to praktycznie nie przeszkadzało. Sama okolica natomiast bardzo cicha.

9.0La limpieza extraordinaria, el estado del apartamento también muy bueno, la cama cómoda, habia una ola de calor y el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. Tienen detalles como dejar agua fresca en la nevera y también café y las cosas básicas como sal, azúcar y aceite, se agradece bastante . Además está cerca de una estación de metro con varias líneas, una de ellas la circular por lo que te puedes desplazar fácilmente a cualquier punto de Madrid
− Demasiado pequeño, hay muy poco espacio para dejar la maleta y carece de armario, hay unas perchas donde puedes colgar algo de ropa pero es escaso. También nos pareció bastante incómodo que no hubiera mesa, al ser tan pequeño hay solamente una pequeña mesa baja y es bastante incómodo comer ahí por la altura y por lo pequeña que es, quizá podían darle una vuelta y poner una mesa un pelín más grande y regulable en altura.
